    Yes. It is walleye fishing.

Remember Steve, Polish blind draw. Never know who you are paired with!

All this is weather dependant. We could have three foot of snow and ice by then.

Random thought- if my neighbor Lee comes to the walleye event and gets paired with Rich's dad their team would be Winkie and Sinkie. Remember to put the plug in.

If "Sinkie"got invited, it would be by you and you'll be known as Stinky for inviting a turd to the group.

I can see it now, he gets paired with someone and wreaks havoc on the captains boat, snaps rods, busts a rod holder, dumps worm dirt on their carpet and grinds it in with his feet.......

How about you not mention a word to the human train wreck.......

Put me on for a possible rider, but we have a family wedding in mid November, also not ever fishing in the bay I don't know if my tackle will be ok. Sounds like a load of fun,but mostly the chance to learn about a new fishing method would be nice.

    Tim,
The nice part about being a rider is that you get paired with someone who has the boat, gear, and experience out there doing it.

Had to make some window trim out in the shop this morning, got that finished up and then decided it was time to turn my attention to mounting up these rod holders so I have the ability to troll several rods.

Jerry gave me a single he had, so I'll be buying another to match that up and installing at the stern.

I really have a hard time drilling into my boat......next step is the King Starboard transducer mount......

    Steve,

I KNOW exactly what you think/and feel. Imagine if you were Polish and attempting the SAME tasks.........

Seriously, the best thing to do is take your time, and PLAN. I waited/planned 3 days to install my tracks, and I did them a day apart.
3 days of measuring, clamping them in place, test the cover, more testing, remove, and repeat. After the first one was in, the second did not require as much measuring, and was a bit quicker.

One side one day, the other the next. Cuz I knew damn well, I was going to get excited, and want to GO FISHING, and hurry, and screw something up.
Rainy days in the garage HELP, Also winter boat in garage/storage helps also. I try to do those types of things during the winter. As i know I will not be in a hurry, excited, etc.

When I did most of this stuff, I did not have the knowledge base provided here @ C.C from people I could meet, trust, or call, look at their boat, get ideas, etc. So I did it pretty much alone, with a few questions posted in MS, but that was about it. Was not until Ready2Fish, got me over here to C.C that i met every one over here.

I was TERRIFIED, because one mistake, and its screwed up, and some things I just cant fix.

I installed Retractable Cleats, Live-well Recirculation pump, (Required drilling into the livewell) hose's, switch. The TraxsTech Tracks, the Starboard for the transducer etc.
By far the most difficult was the alarm system. It required me to remove the ignition, and figure out wires, (Ignition, Ground Engine Run, etc) and expose some and some soldering.
I solder like two old _____ & _____ going full speed at _____! Well lets just say its UGLY!

The Deck Lights were pretty easy, (Still requires a drilled hole) just took time running the wires, and getting them to daisy chain, for failure diagnostics in the future, in case of failure

So I know all about the FEAR, I saw the Titanic, in my mind, every time, I picked up the drill........

    BUT your installation looks PERFECT.
