Steve, it's good to see you're flying the FCGOTY flag loud and proud. Haven't heard much from the King today.

My lucky squirrel and gravy dinner worked again! MSU 17 Iowa 10. During the post game interview, Coach Dantonio credited Spartan Nation for the win. How did he know I ate squirrel?
What a lazy day.....not watching any NFL games, should have went fishing, would have been a nice day.
Next weekend my wife is going to a all day girls craft day......if weather is decent I think I'm going to find a place to put the boat in.
I don't bow hunt, haven't got the urge for waterfowl hunt yet, my boy got 5 geese in 3 shots last weekend.....he looks warm don't he? That was a 94 degree day.
Aiden wants to go squirrel hunting, I can only imagine the trash talk he'd pick up if he spent the day with Jerry.
Hope everyone is having a good weekend, getting out and enjoying what the outdoors has to offer.

When I saw on the morning news that a shooter had opened fire on a concert crowd in Las Vegas last night, my thoughts went immediately to my brother and his wife. I knew they were planning a trip to Vegas this week but wasn't sure if they were there yet. I contacted them today and found out they were, indeed, in Vegas and were safe and sound. He says they parked in the Tropicana parking garage two hours before the shooting and had talked about standing on the top level to watch the concert, the parking garage overlooks the concert venue. It's a good thing they didn't. depending on where they would have been standing, they would have been at about 10 o'clock from the shooters position. That's too close for comfort. Thoughts and prayers for all who were injured and killed in this senseless act of violence.
Thoughts and prayers to all those people who are touched by this tragedy.
Nice photo of your son, Steve. I too used to chase geese from here in MI to COLO. Ahh, memories.......prayers for LV
