Dear mobile device operating system maker,

I am a man. Although I didn't necessary grow up in the computer age, I work with them now.

When you push an update to remediate known security issues, many of us don't feel it necessary to be forced to change everything with our phone. In fact, we HATE it.

We don't like change. We are not 21 and need all the latest bells and whistles. We take care of our equipment and are used to it. We knew it. Now we want to flush it down the toilet.

One more reason for me to hate technology. I'm moving further in the woods now!

I've had it with mine, every time I do a update it gets worse.....newest glitch, when I get a text message instead of it being Aaron, Jerry or whomever.....instead it says "Maybe Aaron""Maybe Jerry" and then theres some where it's just their phone number and no name.

Judy said I need a new phone.....I told her I'd be happy with my old flip phone......same one Jerry has.

I'll bet I lose that argument and there will be a new "latest and greatest, guaranteed not to rust, bust, eat dust, go down deeper and come up drier than any other phone" in my future.

If I get a call from home it lists

Maybe, Jennifer, Rylee, Austin, Avalon, Olivia.

Because they ALL are in my contacts with the same home phone #.

That ones not phone error, it’s
PABKAC error.

No, I don't have an I phone. I have a ME phone!!!

Android came up with an update for my phone. Changed all icons views, screen views, it is loud as hell when I type something with zero ability to change that sound.

Just frustrating. Flip phone it is.
