Jerry,
Unfortunately, I've done that exact same thing. To top it off, it was a dryer duct on that one too.

I would probably turn down this job but they are regular customers so I feel obligated to help them out. I remodeled their bathroom this summer, have rebuilt their front porch, laied laminate flooring and numerous other 1/2 hour jobs. I knew I'd get through the hole just wasn't really wanting to. Once I get the repairs done I'll get someone in to spray foam the rim and floor rather than fiberglass again.
Great minds think alike. I did the same thing

Its getting cold. time to get your ice FF charged, did mine last week
My lab, Knucklehead, has decided that he wants to be a lap dog. He started climbing on my lap a few months ago, after he eats his breakfast and while I'm drinking my first cup of coffee. It took a while for him to figure out that when he starts licking himself he gets evicted but now he lays there snoring while I watch the morning news. Makes the little dog jealous.
It sure is getting cold.
My son finished working up at the Pellston airport yesterday about noon, said they had 6 inches of the white stuff, seemed to run out of the snow just south of Grayling. I just put the dog out for his morning ritual and I see a "dusting" of snow has accumulated over night.
Snow didn't use to bother me, if I had a foundation in before snow came I'd work out in it. 1990ish we were building a 24 unit apartment in Iron Mountain, every morning first order of business remove all the snow that fell during the night. Now I try to plan winter work inside......work smarter, not harder. :Rofl
I put a post in the mechanics corner regarding my Trolling motor, got some advice so I tore it apart. It seems there was a leak going on inside the motor and caused rust.....going to try cleaning up all the rust and reassemble. I'll use some of that waterproof sealant when putting the exterior pieces together.
Wife has today off, veterans day, just wanted to say I am eternally indebted to those of you who have served. Thank You!
Wife's home today? You have till 9 then you'll probably be holding her purse while she shops. Better head out to the honeymoon suite before she wakes up :Rofl
Heading out to the shop, got 2 new reels to spool up, then work on the Trolling motor. I need to clean up out there too, that's never ending.
Turn on the heat, listen to the radio and keep out of the cold. Like Jim said too, need to charge up the Marcum Lx7 fish finder.
Judy and I had those Morrison Lake crappies last night, sure were good.
Stepped outside this morning and had 18 degrees. Went back in and got my Stormy Kromer. Gotta keep the chrome dome warm.
