This morning I got the bluegills staged on their way in, and the crappies staged on their way out, and they both just happened be in the same area. Micro jigs, 12 - 18 inches under the surface, with or without a bobber, in 3 - 5 feet of water or so. Specks on single lily pads, and open water pockets between lilies. Gills in same lily pad areas, but relating to wood with nearby lilies, and the down current side. It took about 30 minutes to figure out what they were up to, but once I did, it was pretty much non stop good fish. I guy can't ask for more.
