Hey Al, they have many youtube videos.Season then with some season all.(Tony's) Then put them in an egg/milk splash, then dip them in seasoned flour/fishfry. 375 degrees till they float in a deep fryer. About 7 minutes.Use the same cooker that you fried those crappie in. um um is right. At our spring gathering we also fry shrimp and alligator.
