    Default Crappie Today


    Sandy & I went out about 8am. We were long lining with a bait I'm not sure of the name. I'm putting a picture of it on here and if you know what it is please reply thanks.     not bad at all. that bait is a pill head underspin. basically the same thing as a roadrunner but the head has a pill shape and a roadrunner is shaped like a horsehead. personally i prefer what you have there best. you can put most any soft plastic behind it.

    We were in a weedy area of the lake. It was 10-12'deep. We were trolling the Thumper jigs (1/32) at 1.3mph I had a couple marks punched in and whenever we got close we'd get one or two fish. Must have lost 1/2 a doz. Thanks for all the reply's.
