Thanks Jim. I have two bottom bouncer molds that will be in today or tomorrow. I'll be able to do them from 1/2 all the way to 3 oz. Prices should be between a buck and a buck 75 each.

I'm also working on a "captain's pack" of jigs in assorted sizes and colors. Total number will be in the neighborhood of 320 jigs plus a box.

I try to offer this stuff early to get people to think and plan ahead. Never fails though, guys contact you and want the stuff the day before they fish. The walleye guys are really quiet right now and I only did a limited 1000 jig run for 3/4 oz. To top that off, the proceeds of those sales are going directly to benefit the Walleye for Warriors project in Michigan. Listed on "that other Michigan Forum".

    Jim,
I primarily use the 3/4 oz jigs I make in the Detroit river but also the Saginaw. Little heavy for fishing shallow but works great ice fishing as you don't get near as much drift. Bait shops rob you blind around Detroit for those things and the hooks are junk. Basically the main reason I got started. Plus I like to have 10 of every color and am more than happy to supply the guys that come fishing with me.

As for the bottom bouncers, I couldn't see the photo you attached but I am on my phone. I'll test on my tablet otherwise I will have to wait till work tomorrow. If memory serves me, I think the ones you use are formed wire. In other words, not available whole sale. Doesn't mean I can't make them. I'll wait to see them before I go further

Was curious so I booted my home computer. I was able to see them. I have been looking for those wholesale wire forms for quite awhile. I would be able to mold them if I could find them. If not, I would have to bend them on the wire form. Are you hooking those to a snap swivel along with your crawler harness or are you running that free sliding above a barrel swivel? Kind of like a lindy rig?

    Jim,
I was able to find the wires you were looking for. Let me know what sizes, how many, and the overall lenght of wire from top to bottom that you want.

    That is no doubt Don!

Jim, poured 100 bottom bouncers yesterday. 1.00 each (any size) from 1/2oz all the way to 3 oz.

I can buy the straight forms however, what would be the difference if I simple cut the 90 degree bend out? Wouldn't that be the same thing? You would have the bouncer, the top hoop, and the straight wire to put on as a slider/lindy rig. Like I said, get me an overall length and I'll figure out if that would work or if I need to buy the straight ones. I got no problem doing it either way.

A buck each is way cheaper than the stores!

    Rich,

Your correct it would work with the wires your using, I see yours are twisted closed as some are just bent to form the loop

How tall are they, I believe the ones i been using are 12" tall
