I called and cancelled wifes run. I made it home, unhooked boat and went to the diesel shop. Turned out to be a return line came loose, took the tech about30 min. to fix.WHEW! I used a quarter tank of fuel to go about twenty miles! Spent the next few hours at the car wash and home cleaning. Fingers crossed. Hope your day went better. bill
A few years ago right before I was set to leave for a 2 week trip down to the AR and MS crappie camps, I came out of work and noticed some drops under my truck below the drivers door. Upon closer inspection/smell it was diesel. I poked my head under, and saw my fuel lines in a sad state of affairs. Luckily the shop was able to fit me in and I had them replace all the lines to be sure.
