Thread: Thinking about Spring Slabfest???

I was trying to do some advance planning for Spring Slabfest to try to make it up there. Maybee (Dundee) to Cadillac is about 225 Mi. I thought about trying to bring our camper up with our little Pelican Bass Raider to fish out of. IF the Slabfest looks like it's going to be May 10-12 and Slabrus' Fundraiser is the next weekend May 18th. I thought about dragging the camper up to Cadillac, after Slabfest move it over toward Wixom Lake and parking it up there until the next weekend so we could drive back up and attend both events. My question is - does anyone up there around Wixom Lake area have any room to park the camper for a few days (12th - 18th?) Hopefully all the lambs will be born by then so we will be free to roam.

Smiths Landing on Dundas road will put you 1/4 mi. from the boat ramp. Not sure the phone # or the price.
