Size: 37.0 KBWent out today during this snow storm. The fish were going crazy. I couldn't keep count of how many I caught and released. There were a lot of small ones, but I did bring home a few in the 7-9 1/2" range. This was the biggest. I got it on my Black Betty Combo and a Lindy Toad in Pink & Chart.

Nice Larry. Betcha those gills fight real well on that lil rod.

    Larry,
How do you like that reel. They seem to be getting alot of press this year. I thought of picking one up but I have never had a problem with small spinning reels

Well, Rich, it's just fun. Supposed to keep your bait from spinning and it does that. I had a Genz Ice Spooler, but the reel fell apart. Cabela's give me an exchange so I got the BB combo. It was $20 more, but the rod is much better and the reel. I wanted the Eagle Claw, but since there's a shortage of them they are $150-$175 on eBay, I didn't quite want it that bad. lol
