    I have the rectangle ones. I had to bend the metal to help them fit right (they were just a tad different). They are completely water-proof and they take dunk every time I go to the lake. Got mine at Tractor Supply and they were around $50 at the time.

    44.95 plus shipping for a pair.

    They are cheaper than I have seen in Cabelas or BPS.

    Just got done putting set of leds on my trailer. They are completely sealed. They are much brighter. Gonna dunk it tomorrow to see how they work.

    I FINALLY PUT THEM ON MINE ABOUT A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO! JUST BE SURE YOU GET THE LED'S THAT ARE RATED FOR UNDER WATER! I KNOW I HAD NORMAL LIGHTS ON MY GOOSENECK FLAT BED AND WITH ALL THE RUFF ROADS I COULDN'T KEEP NORMAL LIGHTS ON IT. I WENT TO LED'S AND NOT REPLACED ANYTHING YET!

    Default TSC carries LED lights

    I was just in TSC the other day 'cause I want to find the right configuration tail lamps in LED model for my '02 trailstar (tracker) trailer. It also has the encapsulated units. Like everbody said...LED's are the way to go. BTW the ones I was looking at at TSC were listed a submersible and they looked like they were about the same dimensions as the originals. I think they ran somewhere around $36 a lamp.

    I had to bend the top horizontal piece (step/tread) up just a tad for mine to clear. other than that they just bolt in!
