Thread: Ranger RT188C

I have a 2018 model Ranger RT188C and the front livewell drain is leaking. It appears to be a line busted right under the livewell. I can put a garden hose in the drain and it just floods the boat so I think that is my problem, drain hose for the front. Has anyone ever gone in and repaired this? This boat has so much expanding foam in it and I can't even get to see where the leak is after pulling all the compartments out I can.

Bud I've had the drain hose fall off the hose barb on a bow livewell and almost sunk the boat before getting the trailer under it. Usually a floor drain in the front in a place so you can look at the hose. If you have a drain unscrew it from the deck and shine a flashlight up in the hole to see if it provides access. If not there has to be a way to check it, I'm not familiar with your particular boat.
