    Minnkota maximizer works with my motorguide 5 speed, they show up on ebay every now and then. The dream is for a terrova.--shu

    I don't know about the motor guide, I know on minkota a board can be added to change them from 5 to variable. You might call John at jones trolling motor. He is very good about answering these questions.
    I don't see why the same thing couldn't be done on your motor.
