My motor is an 81 Merc inline 6 115hp. Starter is working. I will check under console for loose wires. No fuse at the battery. It does have a power switch on console for everything. There may be a loose or disconnected wire there. I will check tonite and get back tomorrow.

The ground wire is good. I have power under the dash/console, 12.7 volts to my main wire board. I did see a white connector of wires. I did not see there was a problem, but there could be. I will take this apart and see if there are loose wires or connections there. My "Master" power switch may be bad too. I ran out of daylight last nite. I am going to pull my 4 switch board off the console tonight and check voltage on wiring going in and the switches: Master power, lights, livewell aerator, bilge plus no gas gauge, voltage, rpms, etc. I have got to figure this out!! My depthfinder works that is connected directly to the board, which it should, I have 12.7 volts there. I believe if I can find why the master power switch isn't working, fix it, then the rest of my instruments/console should work too. Checked the voltage on wires going into the Master switch, nothing. Not sure where to turn now. Any suggestions?
