Item 17 I think. 60 (3 CYL.) Mercury Outboard 0T980000 & Up Electrical Components Diagram and Parts Don't know for sure without your serial number. Test your charging circuit by checking the voltage at the battery with the motor off and then again with it running. As RPMs increase you should see an increase in voltage.
