    Default Optimax problem


    I have a 2007 90 horse opti and the warning beeps come and go on it.
    After I start it up within 20 seconds or so it beeps 4 times and quits.
    If I turn the key on without starting, it does the same thing.
    By the book it says its water in the bowl or overheating but that it should beep every 2 mins the 4 waring beeps. I have drained the bowl twice and it still beeps although not every time its started. It is getting oil. Does anyone know what I should try next?

    I just had the same problem with 06 175. The wire was disconnected on the filter.

    I Have A 2007 Opti 150 Had Same Problem There Is A Oil Tank On The Motor It Cannot Have Any Air In It Or Alarm Will Sound Take Lid Loose And Pump Oil Up Till All Air Is Out This Fixed Mine.
