They are in that bay year round and partially up those creeks I know some people that live part the way up those creeks and catch them from there property and they have gotten em in nets thruout the year but they are very scattered until spring when they head up those creeks . we used to get them up at the bridges at the head of those creeks in march and april havent done for many years though.
