    Default I usually like winter

I usually like winter , I like fishing with very few other boats around which is the case most of the time in winter , see different wildlife and usually have more time to fish in jan. and feb. then in any other monthes but this year these temps got me wanting spring to get here.Tomorrow its supposed to get way up to 34 here but theres also a gale warning.I get all over Delmarva for my job and I've seen ice in places I haven't seen it for a long time.I'm not liking this winter as much as I usually do ,wish I could afford to take off work and head to fla. for about a month.

It's not that cold. I'm over here on your side of the bridge this week for my 25th Anniversary. Took this pic out the hotel window yesterday. Notice the snow on the beach? Those 2 black spots are surfers. Air temp was about 15.

I thought I would be fishing from the boat this winter but I can't get the old man on it unless it is above 40f and frankly I don't think I want to fight ice at the ramps at the rate this temps are going, I read there is more to come.

MDCrappie, those guys are just crazy.

I've been re-rigging the rods with double jigs after watching some videos on Youtube using a woolly bugger and the usual black/chartreuse dart.
