We had a real slow start sat. morn the boat wouldnt start! Fri after work I found 2 switches on in my maycraft battery low woundnt start motor charged put battery back in started motor ran it awhile thought it was good. Got to ramp at sharptown in morn wouldnt start went up to store in town got jumper cables from 1 of the regulars drinking coffee there pulled battery from truck took down pier got boat started took cables back to store. got down river to spot we wanted to fish got white perch steady tide stopped changed headed out and the perch stopped and were replaced with catfish and small rockfish tried all up and river same . I guessed we missed about an hour of the good bite trying to get started. We'll see what this storm coming does to the water this week hopefully wont mess it up to bad.Started boat in yard yesterday seems ok.
