Default More Flatties from the Deep Blue

I'll start this one but i'm sure Tear-em up is gonna have alot to add since he was out 2 days in a row. I only made the second day since I had some work to finish for the week 1st thing friday morning. He got out friday with 2 other freinds and caught several what we call ling or spotted hake, not pretty but oh so good eatin! Should of took a pic for you all, but not the prettyist fish on the out side anyway. They also ended up with 4 (?) nice keeper flounder and 1 nice seabass.
So he, I and one of the guys from friday went out again into the atlantic to try again saturday morn. Pretty ride out as we watched the sun come up over the horizon on the ride out. Got back to Tears honey hole and till done ended up with 4 more nice keepers with 1 at 22inch and 1 at 2ft exactly, nice flatties. Now one thing I didnt mention was another 100 we caught that were not quite legal size but a lot of fun catching and non stop action so 2 enjoyable days in a row. I know if /tear didnt have family responsibilities it would have been 3 in a row!

We actually had 6 keepers on fri. out of 100 or so , was a blast none stop action. On sun. I made some flounder for dinner and my son and his buddy made fish tacos they loved em. Looks like some rough weather coming this weekend with Irene bearing down on us , I'll be batten down the hatches around here I guess. You can see one of our crappie attractors in the pics and the pup in the background.

Nice job on those Flatties. I see the pvc. What are you using to anchor them?

Good Luck Gduck. I hope this doesn't mess up the rest of the fishing season.

We also cut 5 gallon buckets in half and put the pipe and concrete in them.
