Got into some nice crappie today at the gorge. All the females I just cleaned were full of eggs.

Cool, were they white crappie or black was just wondering cause I used to catch mostly whites there 20 yrs ago.

hey rev where in the rocky did u go??? and did you use minnows or jigs!

got both white and black. the bigger ones were whites.

I found them midway and back into coves around the downed trees and a beaver hut.

Fun steady action. also got some big gills.

they all made delicious fish tacos.

forgot to add, they were all caught on 2 inch single split tail grubs on 1/64 and 1/16 oz round jigheads
