Had off fri and gave the crappie a break went salt water fishing. We headed out into some rough conditions but had a good bite on Tautog , got our limit plus more released biggest at 8.2 lb. came inshore got 2 flounder before the water got to dingy from the wind. Sunday it was back to crappie as we hit one of our millponds , one I hadn't been to in over a year. We managed 42 crappie of mixed sizes 2 bass and some bluegill and pickeral. Water temp. 62, alot of the males were jet black. Gduck helped us out with a call to come to the other end of the lake where some bigger crappie were , thanks out to the duck. Had my father in law in my boat all in all a good weekend.
