Slip Sinkers?? Better? Same?
Being laid up with my new knee has given me the opportunity to pause and take time to go down rabbit holes on the internet looking for everything and anything about catching Sacalait. I ran across a utube clip which described why putting bobber stoppers above and below ones drop shot sinker above ones jig helped reduced snags because the sinker could slide down to the jig.
Does anyone have experience using this technique? I have used this technique when I put a bright colored bead above my jig. I guess one would not squeeze the drop shot weight very tight to allow it to slide up or down one’s line or purchase 1/32 or 1/16 drop shot made like a bead?
Looking forward to responses on this one??
Bon Temps!!
