Has Anyone Heard of a company called Microtec?

I was told that they repair any kind of electronics
I contacted them in January 2023 and they said they could fix my 12 Lowrance unit so I sent it to them. I have heard from them once and they said they were waiting on parts to fix it and now just crickets.
They have not been in touch with me and I can’t get in touch with them.I’ve left a bunch of messages on there voicemail with no response.Just wondering if anyone here has done business with them or heard about the company.

Any more info on where you sent it? Or a website? Never heard of it and a google search returns nothing

I think I'd be calling the Better Business Bureau and checking these guys out. But, if the ad says the business opens at 4pm, then it's probably not his "day job".
I doubt it takes 18months to get "parts"

some taxidermists operate in similar fashion , had a few really nice bucks go off into the never never land more than once with different ones .
I eventually got all of them back , but to be very sure it might be a similar situation ....no clue here

yep same gig , all them there taxidermists that had my bucks were gone when I went back looking for them ....
took some threats to the locals on the one fella for him to give my buck back
the other had the buck for 3 years and gave me back only my skull plate and rack with a ton of bs excuses
the last one said her dad died when he was mounting it and it took her a while to figure out who the buck belonged to
....
