He said that the double shipping cost is wrong, and should not be. If it is, there's a problem with the system, and it will be addressed. And the $30 shipping is another story, it may or may not be correct depending on what shipping options were chosen as it is a 7 ft rod section. But anyway, it may be a system issue, and perhaps a communications issue, dono, but it will be righted.
