Outlaw rods are bad to the bone
I have several, all BnM. My ten foot Sam’s with the rear reel seat and touch blank hole in the handle does very well for me and I’m not gentle. I also have a ten and twelve foot bucks gold that’s a better rod than some of the others, much nicer spinning type guides. I also have now or have had some BGJP’s from 8 to 12’ and they’re just the most versatile rods I own. Cast, dip, troll or deep jig all get the work done with them. The Sam’s rod has perfect balance and light weight, jumps in your hand with a good thump and still feels the light bites. It’s like holding nothing til the fight starts. I also have an 8’ bucks ultimate but haven’t gotten it wet yet. Best of all, BnM customer service has always done me right if I had an issue and I haven’t had many.

Thanks for all the feedback. Not knowing how I would like a jig pole I went with a B&M West Point 10 footer, The biggest problem was the line I stuck on the reel first, but that was remedied and caught a bluegill and warmouth, so far I like it

Go to Academy and get an 11 foot BGJP for $40. You won’t be disappointed.

I had the 12' BnM Jig pole and i liked it. Shut the compartment door on it and broke it last week. That said, I really like the ACC 10' with the mid reel seat. very sensitive and plenty of backbone to boat flip fish. Although I wouldn't recommend this because hooks and lines tend to break.

B'nM Tree Thumper. Pretty much the equal of my ACC crappie stix.
