I don't mind fishing alone most times. It's a lot more relaxing in general. No clock to watch on meet up and less pressure. If alarm goes off at 4:30am and I want to sleep another half hour it's all good.

I do enjoy company though sometimes. Especially with folks I don't get to talk to often. It's also a bonus to have someone back your boat in a go park the truck and then go fetch it loading up. Our ramps on the COE lakes can be pretty steep!

I don't care for company if they are of the mindset of instant gratification. Got a few mostly family members that will say. "If you get into the fish good call me"! I'm like you bet with a hidden eye roll.. If I invite company aboard I want them to come along to fish not just catch. Find a friend or two to fish with that will go again even if you got skunked the time before and you will have good company!
