    Skip, i believe there was a video showing how to do it. I just push the pump into the tube. Hold the tube and pump in place with my left hand and turn the pump with my right. You must be letting go of the tube and having it slip off the nozzle.

    I would just use a syringe from Walmart or CVS. All you have to do is add a couple drops of water to it. If you want it firmer you could just leave the tube out like you would with a regular crappie nibble
