This is true. I use to fish out of a 17ft Nitro and you were woreout after after a day of dock shooting. I have have a 14ft fiberglass skiff and since I am closer to the water I feel much better after a day of dock shooting. Since i'm typically sitting down while I am fishing I had my boat set up alot like Alphahawk. Everything is within my reach radius while fishing. The only time I have to move is when I am working the tiller on the outboard.
