Warmer weather is coming and just in time for the spring thump. Thanks for the update. Did you get your lower unit issue fixed Eric?

BuckeyeCrappie, I have not. I think I have one located. Just need to get the money. I did find out it is a mechanical shift, not the hydra-electric unit. Momma's doing a lot better, just this crazy weather. Started out cloudy and cold last night. Started drizzling early, early this morning which froze on contact. Then it started snowing. not heavy like last week, but lite snow with ice. Last time I got over to the boat I took the hood off while my pump was emptying the water accumulated on the top of the tarp. I found where a charge coil on the stator was dripping ooze onto the side of the power head...Not good. S I have that to deal with as well.
Some good news though. A bit of good luck, maybe. Momma and I have been wanting out of this trailer park for some time. My niece found a spot around the corner from them. 1/3 of an acre, with a mobile home with two add-ons, several sheds and a solid 2-car garage. It's about 15 miles from where we are now. At first, they wanted way too much for it. but over 2 months of total silence from us they have come down a bunch. Hoping and praying we can get it...Good Lord willing it will happen, then the boat will be in the garage, and I can get things done, no matter the weather....
