Gotta give a quick shout out to Hayden at ACC Crappie Stix. The customer service was A+. If you guys remember the story, I broke this rod last Thursday. I had the new piece to the rod today. I know it was under warranty, but they did a great job getting me a rod back during a hot part of the season. With the way deliveries are backed up I wasn't expecting it to be here this quick. So it was a great surprise. Refreshing to see a company work this hard to make a customer happy.
