Got a funny one for you. Not fishing related, though.

Yesterday, I opened the fridge and bent down to grab a cold diet pepsi out if the chiller drawer. All of a sudden, felt a shooting pain in my downstairs area.

Turned around and my little boy had drop kicked me in the tenders. Took a second to recover and ask him what the heck he was doing. He says” I’m just doing what the sign says”. Turns out, my daughter had put a kick me sign on my back when she gave me a random “Love you, dad” hug earlier in the day.

After the pain went down, I couldn’t help but laugh. When he saw how bad it hurt me, my son felt bad and goes “Here, Dad… kick me in the nuts and we’ll be even. LOL! Obviously, I didn’t do it. I was laughing way too hard, anyway. Kids, gotta love ‘em.
