    A 90 year old man decided to join the gym and signs up for a personal trainer.

    On his first day the trainer takes the man over to a machine and says, "Mr.Smith this machine is good for your quads. Let's do a few reps."

    After a few minutes the trainer takes him to another machine and says, "Mr. Smith this machine is good for your biceps. Let's give it a try".

    Suddenly, two very fit & attractive young women walk by and smile at the old man, admiring him working out.

    The old man leans over to the trainer and says, "Son, what machine do I need to get close to those two?"
