Water finally hit 55* today, I went out twice today, total for the day 45, 253 for the year to date. Didn't weigh any today, but I caught several over 15", about half males, more than 75% were males for the day. It is terrible to complain, but my right forearm is killing me.

Yes, good times for sure, several of these fish would pull so hard that I thought, no way is this a crappie, I can't get it near enough to the surface to see it, and then it would tire finally and be a 12" crappie.

My arm hurts too but it's because of a vaccine shot yesterday!

Oh well. Fishing on Saturday and plan to slime the deck!

Good job getting vaccination, hope you have light symptoms and catch some of these great fish. I go for my second shot tomorrow.
