Didn’t realize you were pulling with smaller vehicle.
I take it the 1648 is bare bones with no floor with exposed ribs.
You can deal with exposed walls but I always had a floor in my boats.
I have owned several Crestliner boats but all have had floors.
Adding a floor will also add weight.
You might try Alweld boats or Sea Arc.
Both good boats but I prefer Alweld
My last one was 24 ft but sold it a few years ago to downsize.
Try Alwelds 1648 and see what the front deck size is.
