Sounds like they were using my technique called hang gliding. He was using his sonar/ gps combo screen to stay on the brushpile that was holding the fish. Here on Shenango Lake in nw Pa, a lot of the guys are using it. They did an article about me in the Pennsylvania Angler a few months ago explaining this technique in depth. I’ve even used it in a video I did with Russ Bailey from Brushpile fishing video. Season four, Hang gliding Shenango lake. Check them out and see if that’s what they were doing.
