First major trip with the new boat and have to say thanks to the previous owner! Everything went smooth and the crappie cooperated as well! Friday we hit the river with great weather but maybe too nice. Managed only 4 keepers with one 12.75" & another 13.5". Saturday hit the lake and dangled minnows and crawlers over brush while using the trolling motor slowly around the structure. Ended up with 17 crappie, 4 white bass, and one bluegill. Oh ya....my friend also got this pike Saturday evening from shore.
