looking for a rod

I have 5 Daiwa reels, and I like all of them.

I run 8 lb Mr Crappie yellow mono line, very happy with it. I saw my cousin using a different reel but a 7' Outlaw light action rod and 8lb Mr Crappie line land a 22 lb Flathead caught on a crappie jig. It took him 10 plus minutes but the line and rod were fantastic.

i was not talking about daiwa reels, i should have explained better, i am thinking of some rod choices
