No Way! Way too much hardware down at the business end. Best solution I've found are "snap hooks" that fly fishermen employ to change flies quickly. Made of light weight spring steel, these have served me well over the last couple of decades. Netcraft carries them. I even use them to change out my crankbaits, in the larger sizes. Gives a better action to the jig too, in my opinion.
