I’ve had a Wing It brand slip float on my slip rod for a couple of years now. Aerodynamic, it flies better in the wind than any other I’ve tried so far.

I love the ones I make from pool noodles and an inserted plastic drinking straw. It is the "Green flyer." Easy to see and is four inches by one inch. It supports lures from 1/64 ounce up to 7/16th ounce.

I love it when I see somebody that is not taken in by brand names with their expensive advertising.

I went to a local winery that uses the real cork stoppers in their bottles and got me a plastic bag full at the end of wine tasting season 2 yrs ago. They gave me a whole bag for free. Took a small drill bit and drilled a hole, glued in a plastic stir stick, trimmed the stir stick and wallah. If you want to see it a distance paint it a bright fluorescent color. Holds the 1/32 jigs just fine, and none of it cost any thing, as I reuse the stir stick from buying a cup of coffee...just blow any coffee out of the straw when you get outside the store...

I like the Wahoo brand slippers... I've tried them all,& have several I like. For the cost/performance these stand above the rest... PS;they have brass ferrals in end. No more groves cut in after a day of fishing
