    That is a good rule to have but, we don't have that luxury in our COE lakes here. They have to be over 12" to keep no matter how bad they are injured. I see a lot of 10-11" fish floating in the lake.

    Gut hooked and ripped out they’ll die, but gill hooked and just bleeding if you’ll take and pour a mt dew on the spot the citric acid will stop the bleeding and they’ll usually live, an ol tournament trick that has saved several

    yep that's a fact, many times that works , I know a guy that does that in tournaments too
