Thanks Slab for the post. I couldnt agree more. My wife and I had a great time and really enjoyed meeting you guys. The crappie fry was amazing, we probably had 1500 people in front of us and only took about 30 minutes to get through and the fish was great!

Yeah, they were filling baskets with hot food as you walked up to the table. My fish was so hot I had to let it cool down before I could eat it. Great job.
