Prayers are indeed going up for you and your continuing good health. I know how it feels to get unexpected news like what you're talking about. It was on Tuesday of last week that I went in for my labs... the next morning I had two phone calls (one from a nurse and one from a doctor) warning me that my creatinine levels were almost 5 times what they should be normally... (indicating possible kidney failure) and that I should go to the local Emergency Room ASAP.
I dropped everything I was doing and went to the ER... and after all day waiting and drawing new labs... and just before being hospitalized... it turned out the VA must have misread something or mixed my test results up with someone else's. I learned, however, that my creatinine levels were perfectly normal... so it was all good. I wish you the best of luck and continue to have faith that all will be well with you Mike.
That would be terrifying to hear. Last time I was told to get to the ER fast was when I was a teacher and my appendix burst on the stairwell. I was more scared then I believe then when I had my stroke many years later Wayne.
