    Yeah... it's just your basic speckled trout popping cork around here, they come weighted or unweighted every Walmart has them for dirt cheep.

    I use the red ones with the black pegs. When I don't want them I just pull the peg and let them slide freely. Still makes a good sight marker. I never know if I am pushing or pulling or spidering till I get there. They wouldn't float a man but maybe a small dog.

    I guess I just answered my own question. A 3 inch one of these will float a half ounce sinker and a sixteenth jig head.

    Comal makes some pretty big clip on floats that are cheap as heck and work pretty well . I never use the large ones but they have some for sure .
