prayers sent! The main thing I'll tell you is STAY POSITIVE. I've been there done that, was even dead for almost an hour. After surgery I woke up to find out I now have an artificial AORTA my aortic valve is courtesy of some little piggy that gave his all for me, and a double bypass to boot. Sounds terrible doesn't it? Well I can tell you that I went in on a Wed. morning and came home Mon. afternoon. I was 70 years old at the time and now I'm 75 and have felt better the last 5 years than I had for a long time before my surgery
Again to both of you and anyone else looking at any kind of heart surgery, my prayers are with you, and I hope for you, as it worked for me, KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE
