So many times we stick with the same lure or color that has proven itself. There are days you should change colors or size it does make a difference that leaves you scratching your head. Nice fish when you hit that 16" mark they make a 12-14" look small.

funny you mentioned that "other" bait ...my most recent episode included a lucky strike tube jig in a color that i have never had any luck with , it is a strange almost clear kinda cloudy white with tiny red spex in it ....go figure right
got a bag of them on clearance over 2 years ago for a dollar and i always thought some day .....sure enough Thursday was some day
