What became a bigger project than anticipated! Took off a Johnson 25 and installed a Mercury 50. Had to change out everything except the steering cables. Also installed a permanent 12 gallon fuel tank with vent and gauge. Had to move the throttle and transmission control console forward. Fabricated an aluminum plate to mount gas cap and hose to tank.
