went on a tuna trip that was fun out of san diego around 10 years ago , 4 days on a large vessel out of baja about 200 miles in the blue water . was very different for sure and quite a story to tell , but the one thing I found out rather quickly was you can have to much tuna when you get home for sure ....
at first it was like you posted YUM ,cooked it the same as you did , second time it was still kinda ok ,third time I started giving it away as fast as I could .....
careful what you wish for ,because you see you can have to much of a good thing
