yea i feed my family mostly on wilde game and fish probally 5 meals a weak, i dont kill flathead but thats mostly becals i catch them during the spawn and for some reason when they get in the river they taste muddy but i knock the heck out of the channels but i prefer bass and crappie becals you can change it up more with cooking but ive just got back into fishing in the last couple years, i was a Comercial fisherman in AK for acouple yrs and that kinda killed my drive for sportfishing
